1、 This product adopts sensorless FOC control, and the control object is EDK 140 - 12 - 350 B 1 three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.

2、 Function description

1. Three gear constant speed function:

A. High gear speed: 1450RPM Middle gear speed: 1350 Low gear speed: 1250RPM

B. When the AC power signal is connected to the gear port, the speed of the corresponding gear will be executed immediately; Perform the shutdown operation after there is no gear signal on the left and right continuously.

C. When multiple gear signals are connected at the same time, the high gear has priority.

2. External 0-10V input function:

The function is shown in the figure below. It starts when the input voltage is higher than 1.7V, the corresponding speed is 200RPM, and stops when the input voltage is lower than 1.4V. The highest speed is 1600RPM at 9.0V, wherein 1.7V-9.0V is in linear proportion to the speed. When it is higher than 14.0V, it will trigger the protection and then stop the machine.

3. Online speed debugging function:

Combined with the RS485 communication port on the controller and the upper computer software, the online constant speed can be executed

(Constant torque) debugging function, so that customers can conduct corresponding tests at different speeds (torques) to find the required speed (torque)
